Fireside Chat
Feeling frustrated by interactions with your child? Looking for more support in your parenting journey?
Join parenting specialist Veronica Mendez, LCSW and Dwellness co-founder Jamie Weiner, LMHC as they meet in conversation to discuss how you can strengthen your parenting style through a Reflective Capacity lens!
Reflective Capacity – the ability to look back and engage in reflection on one’s thoughts, interactions, and experiences – is crucial for understanding how behavior is motivated by our mental states.
As we face challenges and obstacles in our lives, our ability to observe our mental thoughts can help us move forward in transforming actions. The practice of Reflective Parenting will help lead to improved relationships, discipline, and connectedness between you and your child!
